Exchanges and Returns Policy

Other returns / exchanges (after 14 days of receiving the order)

Exchanges or refunds will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

In the event of an article or size change due to the client’s personal choice, the procedures are:

The customer must contact the store on the website www.resistencia.com.pt by e-mail (loja@resistencia.com.pt), indicating the order number, copy of the invoice and identification of the problem that leads to the exchange .

After this contact, you will be provided with the necessary information to proceed with the exchange or return.

The “size” change is only accepted if there is stock available in the desired size.

In the case of returns or exchanges, the costs of return and reshipment charges will be borne by the customer (unless the return exchange is for quality reasons).

Exchanges will only be made after receiving the returned product (in good condition) and, after payment of the shipping costs for the new item and any difference in value (if it is a more expensive item), unless something different is agreed between ( o) client and the store on the website www.resistencia.com.pt.

After receiving the returned products at our facilities, we will proceed with their treatment within an average period of one week.

In case the return is confirmed, the amount will be returned to you through the payment method used in the purchase. Refunds will be made to the account / card that gave rise to the purchase.

Important: Items returned without prior contact from the client will not be received as previously indicated.

The return shipping costs (to our address) are borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return or exchange is attributable to us or to our carrier.
